Climbing evening.
I've created new type of my training - since I climb alone for some time,
I decided to try doing it on negative slope - I climbed up over one trace for
about 4-5 meters (where I have permission to climb without insurance),
then move down over holds from another trace, then change it at the bottom to the next one,
and so on until I have no power. Then I got some rest and continue with different
set of traces in negative slope sector.
That was exhausting, but that was a main reason to try.
Next time I will do it with weights.
