Climbing evening.


Not bad and quite long training - today it was devoted to bouldering traces.
I ran quite a few, although most were old enough, but also found couple of new ones.
Found why instructors climb in running shoes but not in special climbing shoes most of the time - they say that when new trace is created and they can complete it in running shoes, then likely usual people can complete them in climbing shoes, otherwise we need to be able to climb 7'th cathegory and higher. Well, maybe that is true, most of the time they create simple traces it does not matter in what shoes one can run over it.
Talked with instructor Anya about climbing areas in Turkey - she wants to open climbing tourist agency there, although I'm not sure it will have major profits - there are a lot of good climbable rocks, weather and area are good for that too, but I doubt there are a lot of climbers all over the world who will visit it again and again - people tend to like different places.
