New CARP release.


I've ported Common Address Redundancy Protocol (CARP) module to 2.6.19 API and added INSTALL instructions and also updated README.
Now it just works after reading README and INSTALL files, although much more testing is required.
I only ran it on x86_64 and x86 arches with different failover modes - nodes switch to/from master/backup mode and appropriate userspace applications (and registered kernel users like connector) are executed when machines are turned on/off.

More details on configuration and various parameters as long as step-by-step intruction can be found in README and INSTALL files in the sources.

Feel free to download the sources and create your own high-availability cluster.
