New release of the userspace network stack.

It is based on patches by Holger Schurig (holgerschurig_gmx.de).
Short changelog for this unetstack release:

• added netchannel.h, which allows to compile userspace network stack without netchannels support in the kernel
• killed warnings about unused wariables
