Network tree allocator.


After some thoughts and small bottle of "Krusovice" allocation seems to work (I create userspace model first), although no stress tests were run yet.
It is slightly simpler than freeing, so if things will continue to be as they are, tomorrow full userspace network memory tree allocator will work.
