Beaten to meat.

That is my feelings after the climbing training. Completely to meat.
I completed number of traces on the negative slope with the bottom rope, this time with small number of falls, and thus tired more than usual.
It looks like I found why I perform bad with the bottom rope - it's a fear. A fear to fall, so I fix the rope in very unconvenient positions, which sucks a lot of power, so eventually I fall. Some time ago I did not fear to fall, I even like to 'fly' now, I will get that back - let's see how it will come.
